Pretty lochside cottage by Glencoe This is our much loved family owned cottage. This self catering lochside cottage near Glencoe and Fort William is in the Highlands of Scotland, in the beauty spot of Appin. It is the most gorgeous playground in the world, - well, we think so anyway.

Glencoe is the most romantic valley in Scotland. It has the most spectacular walks. It has the most dramatic mountains. It has the most historic tales to tell. It has snow and skiing, mountain biking, hillwalking, climbing, canoeing, it has some wonderful watering holes, some of them very good indeed.

But be warned. It is a magnetic place. Come here once, you’ll be back again and again.
