Terms

Extras Heating charged at cost. Linen and towels for four people if requested  £10  Arrivals and Departures  Arrival after 4pm; departure before 10am please  

Deposit £50 per week will secure the booking. The rental is payable in full 2 months before arrival. For week long bookings a £15 discount applies if paid 1 extra month in advance of the settlement date. This saves us having to remind folks to pay.

Payments from overseas  can be made by Paypal to save charges

Cancellations We will do our utmost to re-let. However, should we not be successful, an account for the rent may be rendered. You could insure      No pets, or smoking. Sorry

We specialise in short breaks low season. That’s why we keep these rates the lowest in the area. £8 per person per night is the cost of a low season break for 4 people. Guests need cheap holiday prices for short breaks. You earn a £15 discount for a weeks rental if  you settle three months in advance
