Argyll has so many of them. Or just tour around, go up to Loch Ness, or see Ben Nevis from the West side of Loch Linnhe - now that’s a view in winter. Maybe amble across the Lochaline ferry to Tobermory in Mull for coffee and lunch (we recommend The Chocolate Factory on the seafront) . In the cottage we have a heated drying room, and a garage to store skis and equipment. Yes, why not try skiing or snowboarding at the Nevis Range.
